Grade Conversion Chart Standard Based Grading with Percents
I switched to Standards-Based grading this year but I still needed to grade with points and percents in our SIS system. So I created a chart that I could share with students, parents, and staff. This chart allows you to still use a concept mastery grading system but enter grades as percents or points I've included a customizable file (ppt or google slides) and a ready made file. After YEARS of using ixl.com, I've discovered some ways to help my students old and young find success with this program. I found that sometimes students need to have a hand in understanding their mistakes. These simple tracking sheets help students understand their levels then track and monitor their learning while using ixl.com. I love that we have the diagnostic up at the top of the page. This helps promote growth mindset and the practice that they are doing will help improve their levels

I've created a tracking sheet for my students to use when we have stations (flexible grouping) in my middle school classroom. I needed a way for my students to rate their effort and to adapt the tracking sheets with instructions and make it easy to track progress.
