Quick & easy parent communication! Maybe it's just me, but my students' dry erase markers & crayons are disappearing at an alarming rate this year. I tend to be the teacher who does a Dollar Store or Target run to pick up the slack, but I eventually have to reach out to parents for certain supplies. Easy parent communication for ANY type of feedback! I often find myself jotting down notes at the end of the day, typically reporting negative behaviors or concerns. I had a "duh" moment recently that reminded me to send POSITIVE notes home as well. Anytime I feel I need to provide quick, daily feedback to a parent, I can quickly grab this form & fill it out. I opted for the most common areas of either concern / praise that I come across in my classroom, leaving room for extra notes as needed.
