This is an excellent essential questions document. I have listed 3 essential questions to cover the Age of Exploration. There are several reasons listed for each question. Students will read the reasons and formulate a response or answer to each essential question using the information provided. My students like doing these and say they remember more information. There is also a vocabulary helper section at the bottom to help students familiarize themselves with tough words.
