This will go perfect in an interactive notebook for the moon phases. I also put in the little ways I tell the kids to remember the phases. If the Sun is to your stomach it goes in alphabet order (waning first and then waxing on the other side). I hope it helps.

This has four sheets that can be used in an interactive notebook. One shows the difference between rotation and revolution. The next two cover lunar and solar eclipses with moon phases. The last sheet is a foldable that has comet, asteroid, meteoroid, meterorite, and meteor flaps for definitions. My students loved the shape of the last page once they finished it!

I have linked all the videos I show during the powerpoint so you can click and go directly there. This also covers independent variable, dependent variable, control, and constants. Adaptive and assistive technology is included. I have 2 to 3 questions at the end of the lesson you can use for exit tickets or for a whole group activity.

I made these flash cards with the Tennessee academic vocabulary. I also added a few extra that my students struggled understanding. I use these in a game and I either call out the definition or vocabulary word. They work in a group and one student will bring it to me so their table will get points. The first table gets 4 points, the second 3 points, the third 2 points, and the last 1 point.
