This is a packet for teaching Geometric Mean. There are 2 practice sheets, 1 Think, Pair, Share sheet (Common Core), and 1 quiz. The first Geometric Mean practice sheet involves the idea of water slides so it's a little fun for the students. The other practice sheet is a partner practice sheet and is good for peer tutoring.

This is a Tetris transformation game that uses the normal Tetris game and moves to help student understanding of rotation and translation. A great game for students to understand transformations and have lots of fun. It can be used on a Promethean board.

A common formative assessment with levels of reinforcement using differentiation, a quiz, word problem practice, and the comparison of solving algebra problems and proportion problems. It is all good practice for the students, especially the reinforcement activity. The students are really challenged depending on their level of understanding.

This is an activity for trigonometry. It has a sheet that starts indoors and one that starts outdoors. It's good for reinforcing angle of elevation and depression.

Students can get into groups and have fun solving these triangles using Interior Triangle Theorem and Exterior Triangle Theorem.
