Teaching style

I like to have fun...that is what children will remember! In a day and age where everything is geared toward a test of some sort, children still need to fall in love with books, get their hands during in science, step back in time with history and connect with beautiful language through poetry...those are the things they will remember forever...NOT that they passed a test!

I very much enjoy my job and making learning fun and accessible to children. As I watch my own child begin his learning journey in preschool, I am challenged more and more to be creative and inventive to meet their needs of all my students.
