About the store
I'm going on eleven years in education. So far, I've had experience teaching PreK, TK, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. I've also subbed for 6th-8th grade and was an adult school teacher for a few years. While in adult education, I taught Adult Basic Education, GED Test Prep, Business Occupations, Computer Basics, Cyber High, and CTE Math tutoring. I was also an intervention teacher and focused more on reading comprehension and math. After teaching, I went into Educational Services and was a program specialist who focused mostly on testing (state and local benchmarks) as well as independent study. I then moved on to become a coordinator, focusing on categorical programs where I worked on the LCAP, community schools, grant writing, and more.

Equivalent Fraction Cards with Fraction Strips
This set of fraction cards contains 19 cards with one fraction strip guide. It's great for a math center such as war, fraction tiles, and others! Each fraction, except 11/12ths, has an equivalent fraction right next to it. I mostly used the 11/12th card as an example for the class. But, of course, feel free to use them any way you please!

Compare and Contrast Presidential Speeches
In this product are two excerpts of presidential speeches: Obama's Inauguration speech from 2009 and Trump's Inauguration speech from 2017. Winter Fractions Bingo!
Here's a great game to do some review on fractions! Included are: - 20 Bingo Cards - Call out Bingo Cards - Instructions Each bingo card will have several forms of different fractions. Teaching style
I like to make learning fun. "If I was a student, how would I like to be taught?" is what I usually ask myself. Often, the answer is games so there may be a lot of those. But there'll be some regular worksheets too where learning becomes challenging and competition with yourself.
My own education history
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, and English, with an emphasis in Creative Writing. I also have my M.A. in Film and Video Production. I completed my Master's in Education and have my Multiple-Subject Credential with subject authorization in English. I expanded into Career Technical Education (CTE) with my credential in Business and Finance; Marketing, Sales, and Services; Arts, Media, and Entertainment; Education, Child Development and Family Services; and Information and Communication Technologies. I have my Admin Credential as of 2022.
