About the store
My educational experience has been both diverse and enriching. Over the past nine years, I've had the privilege of teaching high school math and science, as well as working in middle school classrooms. This experience has allowed me to engage with students across different age groups and academic levels, gaining valuable insights into their learning needs and preferences.
In particular, for the past six years, I've been deeply involved in teaching ACT Prep. Working with over 600 students during this time, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of dedicated preparation on their ACT scores. Helping students achieve the scores necessary for college admission and scholarships has been incredibly fulfilling.
Through my years of teaching and ACT Prep, I've honed my instructional techniques, developed effective strategies, and cultivated a supportive learning environment conducive to student success. Every interaction with my students has been an opportunity to inspire, motivate, and empower them to reach their full potential academically and beyond.

Awards & shining teacher moments
As an ACT Certified Educator, I take pride in having achieved Content Mastery in all four content areas, demonstrating my comprehensive understanding of the subjects. I've successfully guided students to significant content increases, with notable achievements such as a 13-point improvement in English.
During my 9-hour boot camps, students consistently experience an average 3-point composite increase. This outcome speaks to the effectiveness of my teaching methods and the valuable insights shared during these intensive learning sessions.
My commitment to continuous improvement and the positive results achieved by my students showcase my proficiency in the subject matter and my ability to convey information effectively. Being an ACT Certified Educator is not just a title for me; it's a commitment to providing quality education and making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
My own education history
My educational background is rooted in a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies with a focus on Elementary Education. In addition to this foundational qualification, I've obtained certification in all four ACT content areas directly through ACT, org. This certification has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the subjects and has been instrumental in my role as an educator.
Furthermore, I am currently in the process of furthering my education with over 24 hours towards a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. This ongoing pursuit reflects my commitment to enhancing my knowledge and skills to better serve the educational needs of my students.
