In this lab, students learn to think like a scientist as they work through the scientific method. Students test 3 (or more) brands of bubble gum to see what brand blows the biggest bubble. I had students work in groups, with one person being the 'bubble master' this should be the student who can blow the biggest bubbles.

Students explore the parts of a microscope in this lab. This file was in google doc form for my classroom use and may need to be formatted if you are going to print for students to write on. It would be useful to have a labeled picture of a microscope available for students.
