Individual transformations of Sine, Cosine, and Tangent graphs. Students match the graph to the equation and the amplitude/period. Each equations has only one transformation. Successfully used with a High School PreCalculus class to infer collaborative peer discussions. Easy print and cut. A blank template version (WORD) also available for free.

Given the Amplitude, Period, Phase and Vertical Shift students are required to draw and label the axis on the graph of the trig shape as well as write the equation. No questions have both b, and c values or reciprocal functions in this set so its a good beginner level. Students fill in the blanks to write the trigonometric equation from the given amplitude, period, phase shift and vertical shift. All questions contain both a period and phase shift.
