Trig Ratios Error Analysis Sine, Cosine, and Tangent Students are asked to circle the error in each problem as well as write a corrected answer. All ratios are sine, cosine, and tangent. Students are asked to complete a brief reflection at the end of the task. ANSWER KEY INCLUDED!

Students will sort the 30 triangles based on the trig function needed to solve the problem - sine, cosine, tangent, inverse sine, inverse cosine or inverse tangent. Teachers may then ask students to solve each card for the missing part (side or angle). Answer key included!

Students will write equations, graph, evaluate and complete error analysis all with piecewise functions. Reflection questions are also provided at the end including standards of mathematical practices.
