Bright Basic Duo

This is a great resource for literacy centres and independent writing. It will allow students to have the freedom to choose which prompt they feel will be the most interesting to write about and keep them focused. It also takes the guess work out for teachers because each month has new prompts. This can be something that is printed and placed in a duotang/notebook or posted onto Google Classroom. Everything is ready to go for teachers.

This printable grade-level booklet is designed for students to complete on a monthly basis throughout the school year. Each page features a thoughtful, age appropriate writing prompt connected to seasonal themes, kindness, or school community. Students will draw a picture and respond to the prompt, helping to build both their expressive writing and artistic detail over time. Product also contains a page for August for our American teacher friends :)

The “This is me” booklet is intended for use throughout the year. Each month, students will draw a picture of themselves in the box and write their name. By the end of the year, you will have a booklet showing the progress of your students in drawing and printing. It’s a fantastic way for families to see their child’s progress! Print off the booklet for each student. Product contains an August page for our American teacher friends :)
