My teaching style is student-centered, encouraging, and confidence-building. I believe learning should feel approachable, interactive, and supportive, especially for students who may struggle with math or need additional guidance. I focus on breaking down concepts into simple step-by-step lessons while using visuals, guided practice, real-world examples, and repetition to help students truly understand the material instead of just memorizing it.
I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel safe asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically. Before transitioning into education, I worked in banking and customer service leadership, experiences that continue to shape my approach to teaching, communication, and mentorship. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, dancing, styling outfits, working out, and creating supportive spaces where students and individuals feel motivated to grow and succeed.
