Students will love practicing their multiplication as they create a "Multiplication Monster" using the products from their problems and the included key. Each student's monster will be different as they will be working with their own set of problems. Great for a review, a center, or for differentiated practice. This project asks students to use a set of specifications to design a backyard on grid paper. They then have to calculate the area and perimeter of each section. This includes a set of follow up questions covering area and perimeter, and an additional set that also includes volume.
