I am a current high school instructor. I have worked with the youth for many years. I am also in school to get my masters in in mental health clinical counseling. I wanted to begin making a social emotional behavioral curriculum for those interested. This session (I call them), involved becoming aware of maladaptive emotions and behaviors. Then this session also goes over ways how to overcome the negative thoughts and emotions.
