Awards & shining teacher moments

Throughout my teaching journey, I’ve had the joy of watching young learners grow in confidence and curiosity, especially in math and science. One of my proudest moments was leading STEM-based instruction on a high-performing campus, where I helped boost student engagement through hands-on learning and creative problem-solving. I’ve also been recognized by colleagues and leaders for my commitment to student-centered instruction, classroom culture, and data-driven planning. Whether I’m building number fluency with first graders or exploring real-world math with third grade, I bring energy, creativity, and heart to every lesson.
