Over those years, I have gained experience through the opportunities of: a resource teacher, special education team leader, behavior teacher, TPT author, and being a mom (my greatest honor). Teaching style
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and relationship-driven. With a strong focus on meeting students where they are academically, behaviorally, and emotionally. I believe creating a classroom environment where expectations are clear, consistency is key and students feel safe to learn and grow.
Awards & shining teacher moments
Being named Teacher of the Year was one of the greatest honors of my career, and it fuels me to continue creating tools that help other educators feel confident and supported in their teaching roles.
My own education history
I earned my degree in Special Education from the University of North Texas (UNT), and I am proud to say it laid the foundation for my teaching career.

When I am not creating resources, you can find me running! I'm an avid runner and have even completed my first marathon- something that reflects the same persistence and dedication I bring to education every day!
