I’d describe my therapy style as collaborative, fun, and supportive ✨. I use art 🎨, hands-on activities ✂️, and creativity to make therapy feel less intimidating—creating a space where people of all ages can explore, heal 💙, and thrive 🌱. -an added bonus and a disclaimer for my work, many of my worksheets and activities are hand drawn by myself. *Imperfections are expected :)*
