The 2023-2024 school year marks my twenty-first year as an elementary teacher in the public school system. I changed my career in 2003 after working for 14 years as a professional musician performing in orchestras, bands, and small ensembles throughout the US and Italy. In addition to teaching at the elementary level, I have taught as an adjunct professor at two colleges.

Geometry: Identifying and Naming Lines
Students will learn how to identify and name lines. Perpendicular and parallel lines are also addressed, and a brief introduction to rays and shapes is included. An informal assessment is included at the end. ***Although this is advertised as a PowerPoint presentation, it is an Apple Keynote presentation. No option existed to name this as a Keynote file.
