Write the grade level on the cloud and I left a space at the bottom for you to customize if you would like. Just print however many you would like on a page and leave on students' desks along with Airheads candy. The tag says , "Clear the AIR! We ARE "HEADED" towards a great year in _____________!"

This name tag also serves as a math tool for your student. I centered it around 2nd grade but I'm sure it would be helpful in 1st and third grade as well. Encourage your students to 'Change their Words, and their Mindset'. This bulletin board shows common phrases students may think or even say when they are discouraged. But instead of saying "I give up (me doy por vencido)",  say "I'll try another strategy" or instead of "I can't (no puedo)", say "This might take me a little more time and effort".
