About the store
With eight years of teaching experience across multiple subjects and grade levels, I bring a diverse background in education, athletics, and student development. I have taught PE, Pre-Athletics, Middle School Science, Technology, and Special Education (English, Math, and Science). As a Girls' Athletic Coordinator, I have also had the privilege of coaching a variety of sports, including high school volleyball (Head Coach), girls' powerlifting, soccer, basketball, and track at both the middle and high school levels. My academic background is in Sports Medicine, Kinesiology, and Pedagogy, fueling my passion for developing well-rounded student-athletes. I am especially interested in integrating sports science, sports management, and movement-based learning into education. I am very hands on, but also work towards having kids do more project based learning, and independent learning.
