This is a 5 question Google Form quiz with feedback. It is completely editable. Right now there are 5 multiply choice questions about finding a solution by graphing a system of equations. I have provided feedback for correct and incorrect answers, but you can change it to match your class.
This activity is a good formative assessment of the standard "explain why the sum or product of rational numbers is rational, why the sum of a rational number and an irrational number is irrational, and why the product of a nonzero rational number and an irrational number is irrational" Students sort phrases about rational and irrational numbers into the categories: always true, sometimes true, never true. PDF & editable word document are included. Key is included as well.
This graphic organizer helps student visualize the effects of k on a linear, quadratic, and exponential graph. Function notation is used throughout. Students draw the general picture on top of the graph of the parent function for each type of function. I used this in conjunction with an interactive Desmos Exploration.
This is a perfect product for the concurrent or hybrid environment. The product comes with teacher slides, a printable note sheet, a digital interactive note sheet perfect for google classroom, and an answer key. Students can work in partners to discover the systems or the teacher can lead students through the comparison.
This resource is perfect for collaborating during digital learning! Students find a character and fill in the slides as 3 different roles: Creator, Solver, Checker. It is written to be used with linear functions and/or arithmetic sequences, but you can easily EDIT the slides to use the same concept for quadratics or exponential. Share a link with students for a fun, collaborative learning activity or review! I include 13 slides with different characters for easy customization. Current Charact
