About the store
I taught first and second grade and then moved into a position as a technology facilitator. In that position I taught professional development within the school, district, and at conferences. I also helped develop lesson and resources for K-4, and co-taught lessons in K-4 classrooms. In the state of North Carolina Technology Facilitators are required to become certified in Instructional Design. The program that I attended has a reputation across the country for being rigourous. My training focused on designing materials in a format that takes into account how people learn. All of my materials are designed with this training in mind. This means that I not only apply my experience as a teacher when developing resources, but the science behind formatting the materials as well.

This is a zip file that contains JPEGs of clipart images I have created for math. There are tons of items you can use to create your own products. Feel free to use them for commercial use, but I would appreciate you giving me credit by linking back to my product in your description. This allows others to purchase it from me as well. I've also included labels that you can print for your manipulative containers. I've also organized the clip art into easy to use folders. The following is included:

Teaching style
I have multiple teaching styles depending on the circumstance and the material being taught. I prefer to be a guide helping the learner discover the objective in an Inquiry method. However, I feel that nothing is black and white and sometimes direct instruction is more effective. It is important to me to do whatever it takes to meet the needs of all of my students.
