I hold a BSBA in Information Systems and am North Carolina certified in Business and Marketing Education. I bring over 22 years of classroom experience teaching Business, Marketing, and Computer Science at the secondary level. My resources are classroom-tested, standards-aligned, and designed to support both career readiness and real-world application for today’s students.

I break foundational skills into clear, manageable steps and have students apply them through real-world projects, such as creating functional websites or developing full business plans. Support tools, including block-based coding, are used for remediation when needed so all learners can progress confidently at their own pace.

I’m a single mom of four and an educator with diverse teaching experience across academic, technical, and life-skill settings. I’ve taught full-time both face to face and online in both high school and middle school, homeschooled my own children, led elementary coding and entrepreneurship camps, taught swimming lessons, facilitated adult continuing education courses, and worked as an online ESL teacher with 51Talk. My background allows me to create practical, engaging, and flexible resources for a wide range of learners.
