My Coping Strategies Guide
Use this tool to create a customized coping strategies toolbox for tier 2 and tier 3 students who have difficulties with self regulation. This simple one page guide will create support options for students when they are having difficulties or in crisis. Fill it out with them when they are calm and review their choices with them every morning. When the student starts to escalate, pull out this form that you completed with them and guide them to an effective coping strategy.
