CVC short "A" Words flashcards and Keyboard practice
This product contains flashcards for the following cvc short "A" words: cat, bat, fat, hat, mat, pat, rat, sat, vat, brat, flat, chat, gnat, and spat. I have each letter color coded to correspond with this pop-it keyboard (https://a.co/d/aQG2hCt). This could work inside the academic classroom or in the computer lab. Students can pop each letter on their keyboard to match the word on the card. Then, they can read the word on the card to their teacher.

Experience
I taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Title 1 Reading for 2 years. I have taught 6th grade Language Arts for the past 8 years.
Teaching style
I love technology and all things creative, so I try my best to incorporate those things into my classroom on a daily basis. There is obviously a time and place for old school paper and pencil, but I look for each and every opportunity for technology and hands on learning that I can find.
