Perfect for use on the 100th day of school, or maybe even grandparents day. I always take a photo of my children with the "old booth" app and paste in in the photo box. The kids LOVE this writing activity!
I use these cards during whole group and small group to help redirect student behavior. If a child is blurting out, I hand them a card without stopping teaching. This serves as a reminder to them, without interrupting my instruction or drawing attention to the negative behavior.
This outline is intended to be used for a 1 page report on a Native American tribe. I used this when introducing how to write a report, and the report was part of a project my students did on a Native American Tribe.

Due to the fact that I could only add one file, I couldn't add all of the additional sheets. However, you should be able to easily locate them elsewhere online, or in the AMSTI manual if you have it.
These posters are perfect when teaching plot. I used them initially in a lesson, and then left them up all year as a resource for my students. These could be used in both Reading and Writing lessons.

I used this with 3rd grade but this could also be modified for other subjects or topics!
If you don't want to use (or can't find the iSymb
