Inspired by the many commercial products for fact family white boards, I thought I'd make a template to print and laminate.
You can write the 3 numbers in the corners before laminating if you want to focus on particular fact families or after laminating if you want to be able to change it up. Or you can use these as little worksheets.
Pair them with fact family cards and you've got a great center.
Includes:
-information and suggestions on how to use the behaviour chart and what it is
-Two different ready to go behaviour chart options. Just print, laminate and add clothes pins with your students' names. (EDIT: I HAVE ADDED AN ADDITIONAL "LARGER VERSION" FOR EACH BEHAVIOUR CHART FOR THOSE WITH LARGER CLASS SIZES)
-Awesome day tickets
-Hall of Fame/Prestige sign
-tracking sheets
-weekly results booklets
-and more!

A great system for positive reinforcement.
Reward the class for hard work, quiet, good behaviour, kindness, etc by having a student select a blue tile to place on the reward option card of his/her choice. Once a card is filled out they earn the reward named on the card.
This system was successfully used in a 7th grade classroom but is editable to fit rewards that might be more appropriate in your classroom. If the doc file does not have the correct scrabble piece tile font, you might want to

Birthday Invitations that are Frozen themed. I made these for a 6 year old's birthday party and thought I might as well share! I hope someone can get some use out of these! I should have shared ages ago when the Frozen craze was still in full effect.

The first page of this little package has a generic chart that I use for anecdotal notes/assessment of my students. Maybe it will come in handy for you too :)
Anyway enjoy the exit ticket page! And apologies for the pages being in reverse order.
