This is a 5 day lesson plan, UBD style, with notes, tests, quizzes, worksheets, and activities. I created and taught this lesson plan to my students at Pontotoc High School in my U.S. Government class. It includes standards and objectives for MS.

This is a 7 day UBD lesson plan on The Conservative Movement during the Reagan Era. Very in depth lesson plan that includes assessments, notes, PowerPoints, tests, and activities. Meets the standards for MS.

This is a rubric I created for group work in my U.S. Government classroom. The students get into groups and create a name and symbol to represent their group. The groups then come up with things they want to change about their school, or whatever you prefer them to work with. They then have to come up with ways they will get their ideas and changes accomplished. You can give them the option to present to the class when completed.
