About the store

Experience

I’m a certified CTE educator with over a decade of manufacturing leadership experience. I’ve led at multiple levels of plant operations, developing teams, improving production systems, and driving Lean initiatives. I bring that real‑world expertise into the classroom through practical, industry‑aligned resources.

Teaching style

I believe students learn best by doing. My teaching style is hands‑on, practical, and grounded in real manufacturing systems — from Lean thinking and 5S to data analysis and problem‑solving. I design lessons that mirror actual production environments, giving students the chance to analyze data, run simulations, and tackle authentic challenges. Along the way, they build the leadership, teamwork, and critical‑thinking skills that matter in modern manufacturing.

My own education history

Master of Education- CTE (Engineering and Technology Education) Bachelor of Science- Industrial Technology Training and Development

Additional biographical information

I’m passionate about preparing students for careers in advanced manufacturing and the skilled trades. Drawing on my experience in both the classroom and on the plant floor, I develop resources that help CTE teachers bring authentic, real‑world manufacturing systems into their classrooms with confidence—without having to build everything from scratch.
