This is a research project that can be conducted in a history or social science class. Set up in the style of the popular game show Family Feud, students will answer questions relating to the collapse of the Soviet Union. Included is a Family Feud-inspired board set up and a separate slide including the answers. To reveal the answers on the board slides, all you have to do is delete or remove the orange box with the corresponding number. This product covers the leaders of the Soviet Union, Soviet Bloc Revolutions, and reasons for the Soviet Union's collapse as a country.

A review of important World War II concepts mainly focuses on placing events chronologically. Vocabulary words include Appeasement, Non-Aggression Pact, Treaty of Versailles, and Annexation. This review is meant to be given at the end of a World War II unit as a check for understanding the geographic locations and chronological placements of important World War II Events. This research assignment is aimed to help students learn about the rise of totalitarian dictators leading up to World War II. Dictators included are Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Joseph Stalin, Emperor Hirohito, Mao Zedong, and Francisco Franco. Instructions for the students are included.
