This is a auto-grading Google Form that allows students to practice "writing" major triads in root position. This activity could be used as a Do Now/Bell Ringer or classwork/homework assignment. Students are provided a checkbox grid with the letter names of a major triad as well as the accidental signs. They then select the corresponding sign for each note.
