Experience

I began teaching in 2008 in 3rd grade. I have also taught 4th and 5th grades as well as tutored extensively 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. I have taught every subject at one time or another, but I have developed a love for teaching mathematics and working with students to develop their math skills more than anything else!

Teaching style

I believe above all else, that educating students begins by instilling a love of learning and a desire to always know more. The students we teach truly are "the world's most valuable resource and its best hope for the future" as JFK so eloquently stated. I teach because it is my calling. When I work with my students each day, I hope to fill my classroom and my students with excitement and a desire for learning that will one day drive them to grow into more than they could ever dream.
