I couldn't find class room jobs with a super hero theme so I decided to create my own! I googled and found mycutegraphics.com by Laura Strickland who has a ton of fabulous clipart!
I saw on Instagram a teacher use MATH as an acronym (if anyone knows who it was - please let me know to give them credit!). The acronym stood for Math facts, At your seat, Teacher, and Hands on. I created a lesson plan template to reflect this new acronym as I am adapting it into my own math time.
However, I have changes her to "T" to technology to better acclimate my centers.
I have also followed the 5-E lesson plan format. I learned this style of lesson planning in college and recommend it

I could not find anyone selling editable CHAMPS cards so I made my own! These are very basic (black and white) so you can print them on colored paper. However, the power point is editable so you can make it how you want it.
How I use in my classroom: I placed magnetic strips on the back of these cards and placed them on my whiteboard. I then use a whiteboard marker to write my expectation next to the card.
