Here’s a great opportunity to engage students with fun, educational activities inspired by March Madness! Activities include: Creating a classroom bracket Designing a new jersey Playing basketball trivia Solving word problems Researching a team These activities are easy to differentiate based on grade level and curriculum, making it simple to combine learning with creativity, teamwork, and friendly competition.

This spring break choice board allows students extra activities that will keep them busy whether parents are working or avoiding the "bored" comments ;) All activities can be done independently (with a few like visiting the library) that will need an adult assistance. Print one off for siblings or a neighbor friend and have them complete it together!

Students will work in groups to color in the rainbow by solving shamrock math problems. The shamrocks are blank so can differentiate for grade levels and skills. You could have students create their own math problems to write on the shamrocks as well to save you time.

A fun 2-3 day research project where students will pick a winter sport and will research and present their findings. A guided research worksheet is included to help during the research phase. There is also a rubric included. Easy to differentiate for grades 2-6th grade.

Graphing Medal Activity, Word Problems (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), Olympic measurements, and bobsled place value! Activities can be differentiated to fit different levels! Use an extension activity for those early finishers :)

Students will take a simple sugar cookie recipe and double and halve it as well as answer word problems based on the recipe! Then bake cookies with your class, if possible.

Santa is looking for  North Pole Managers as he is getting ready to add the finishing touches to his big night!  Students will be in charge of buying supplies, paying elves, and preparing for Christmas Eve — all using a set budget.   Can you believe it, even Santa has a budget!
