About the store

Experience

I have worked in education for over 13 years, with a background in reading intervention, special education, differentiation, and enrichment. My experience includes supporting K–5 students, leading MTSS and SST processes, and helping teachers use data, structured literacy, and targeted intervention to meet a wide range of learner needs.

Teaching style

My teaching style is warm, structured, and responsive. I believe students learn best when lessons are clear, engaging, and accessible. I create resources that give students meaningful practice without feeling overwhelming, especially in phonics, word work, fluency, writing, and early literacy skills.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my favorite teacher moments have been watching students who once felt unsure about reading begin to see themselves as capable readers and thinkers. I am most proud of the intervention systems, classroom supports, and literacy tools I have helped create to make learning feel more manageable for both students and teachers.

My own education history

I have two master’s degrees, one in Educational Psychology with a focus on special education and literacy support, and one in Education. My graduate training and classroom experience both shape the way I design resources that are thoughtful, practical, and supportive for diverse learners.
