These posters incorporate the strategy C-E-I-E-I-O and the Write Tools to assist children with writing in their reader's response journals. You can also find graphic organizers and posters with no words (just letters) in my store for use in your classroom!
This anchor chart can be used to assist in teaching students key words to identify cause and effect. It is a great visual for all elementary students to refer to.
A quick template for you to print up to write anecdotal records for your students. There is a column for reading, writing, and oral language. This version is not editable; however, please send me a message if you would like an edited version for your needs!
This is a word book that I have created for my K-5 ELL students, but I have used it in the general classroom setting as well. Anytime a student needs to look up a word or asks you how to spell a word, he or she MUST write it in his/her word book so that he/she won't have to ask again. By the middle of the year, the students have created a great resource for themselves - like a personal dictionary!
This anchor chart can assist in teaching the comprehensions skill classify and categorize with all elementary aged students. It is a helpful visual tool.
These are the pages from my Communication log that I complete every time I communicate with parents. It is editable for your needs. Enjoy! Thank you to KG Fonts.
