Hello everyone!! My name is Caren and I have a passion for helping children, which is why I became a School Counselor! I have been a counselor for the past 11 years and have counseled at the elementary, middle and high school levels and am currently a middle school counselor. Before becoming a School Counselor, I worked as a high school biology, chemistry and environmental science teacher for 7 years, which I also loved! I just knew that my calling was to continue my education and help with my students lives, including outside of their academics, which was why I felt counseling would be perfect... and it truly is! I am now a mommy of 2 sweet boys, and realized being a mom is my definite first true calling in this world. They are my absolute everything and I couldn't imagine life without them!
