About the store
I have over 25 years of experience teaching students of all elementary school ages as a classroom teacher and as a remedial teacher in all subjects. I have also taught departmentalized classes of music, English, writing, computers, and art. I have taught Language Arts to Gifted & Talented students ages 5-10, and I worked with an autistic child in his home. I worked as a reading and math Title 1 teacher in nonpublic schools for 4 years. I currently serve as a Reading Specialist, assessing students in reading and providing reading intervention. I have a Masters in Education, and I am a Certified Barton Dyslexia tutor. My goal is to find what works for each individual child, providing each child with the best education possible.
