Teaching style
I embrace the idea that teaching is about more than just learning English. Teaching is my opportunity to instill things like kindness, compassion, humor, joy, responsibility, hard work and a little bit of grit by showing them what that looks like every day in class.
I use a hands-on, student-driven approach to learning... if kids are busy doing, they're busy learning!
