For this project students are required to design and construct a Valentine card holder that included a simple machine. The purchase includes a letter to the parents, a requirement page, a checklist, and a student and teacher rubric.

This purchase includes a writing paper where students write about what they would do if they were president. It also includes a bulletin board idea (picture) and title letters for the bulletin board that can be printed out and used.

This math project is perfect for your higher level students who always finish their work early. It is integrated across reading and writing.

This is a list of different ways that students can respond to the books they read. This can be used to help students think of ideas to write about in their reading journals on a daily basis. It helps keep them accountable for their reading, encourages higher level thinking and requires comprehension.
