As a teacher, I must create a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming, accessible, and safe. A place that the students feel comfortable coming to and where they know how learn. I must also be open to diversity and a wide range of opinions and ideas. A teacher is not just a teacher but a lifelong learner. Therefore I must also continue to build my wealth of professional knowledge.
