About the store

I have been teaching for 21 years in most all elementary grades and subjects. I have been in several Texas districts of all sizes. I currently teach 4th and 5th grade math and it's my favorite! I enjoy making cute and clever posters to help my kids remember steps to otherwise difficult skills. I thought I could share them with you. :)

BEE A Problem Solver, Problem Solving Model

For several years I looked for the perfect math problem solving model with no avail. So I made up my own... If you read through the bolded lettered steps (left to right, top to bottom) it's a sing song (sort of) rhyming tune. "Read and Restate, What Do You Know, Decide your Steps, Now Here You Go!, Fill in the blank, Now Does It Make Sense?, Check Your Work, Now Do Your Dance!"
