My students have increased up to 2 grade levels in reading comprehension in less than one year using this book I have created. The idea is to "prompt" the mind to go back into a passage to look for an answer to a question.
It is based on color coding and repetition. The color is taken away at the end of the book to see if the students remember to look back in the text for the answer without the color reminder. When the book is complete the students can generalize the skill to unknown text.
Practice counting coins. This is Book 1 of the series. It includes counting pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters alone. It also integrates counting each of these coins with pennies.
