Teaching style
My teaching style is all about keeping learning fun, hands-on, and engaging—because when kids are having fun, they’re more motivated to learn! I love incorporating movement, creativity, and play into my lessons to keep little minds active and excited.

So many teacher moments come to mind, but here are a few!
-Helping a shy student find their voice, whether it’s through a classroom discussion, a presentation, or just confidently raising their hand.
-Receiving a heartfelt note or message from a parent who shares that their child is excited to come to school because of my classroom.
-Seeing my students apply skills independently, like using kind words in conflict or solving problems on their own.
-Seeing former students return to tell me what an impact I made on them—even years later.
-Balancing teaching with parenthood, and using both roles to grow your empathy, creativity, and connection with kids.
