I want to help you feel confident in your content knowledge and skills AND your pedagogical skills so you can be the best teacher for your students. Teaching style

Willing to throw anything at the wall and see what sticks. Have experimented with the Building Thinking Classrooms approach in AP Physics I and incorporating a lot of engineering design into Standard Physics. Also in the process of shifting to standards/mastery-based grading.

My own education history

Bachelor's of Science in Physics from William & Mary Master's of Arts in Education in Curriculum & Instruction, Secondary Science from William & Mary ESL Certificate, William & Mary Master's of Science in Physical and Applied Sciences, Marshall University, in progress.

Additional biographical information
