My students used this graphic organizer to solve 2-step word problems, beign able to break down solving word problems into steps was much more manageable. They used this graphic organizer with the CUBES resource.

My students found this chant helpful when they are not sure when they need to regroup when subtracting three-digit numbers (especially across zeros). This is also a great visual for what marks they should be making when regrouping. I created a poster to post on our classroom wall and a laminated a handout so students would refer to it when completing daily classwork, lesson quizzes and unit tests.

I combined Whole Body Listening with Active Listening to create this visual. This resource is a great way for students to recall what to do when someone is talking. I have a whole group conversation on what each (eyes, ears, body, and heart) should look and sound like from both the speaker's and listeners' perspective.

This resource is useful to students who are starting to learn about writing and reading division equations and connecting the equation to visual models. This resource can be enlarged to a classroom poster and/or printed as a handout for students to use during daily lessons, lesson quizzes, and unit tests.
