Cell labeling made easy using Google Slides. Students can drag and drop labels into the correct boxes.

Students will be provided with quadrats displaying the growth of wild geraniums and dandelions (no need to go outdoors to gather your data). Using the randomly generated quadrats provided on the handout, students will test for an association between the two species using a chi-squared test with data from the quadrats. The handout walks through the steps of a chi-squared test and provides guidance on the interpretation of the results. There are a total of two practice problems provided using the

PDF format. Walks students through the labeling of substrates, enzymes, and products. It also looks at the various key features, including specificity and reusability, of enzymes using true or false questions. Activation energy (on a graph) and optimal pH and temperature are also addressed.

Printable worksheet guides students through the notation of sex-linked inheritance, and it also provides them with 6 practice problems to complete, which look at eye color in flies and hemophilia in humans. Two versions are available. Second version includes slightly less scaffolding. Worksheet is suitable for a standard or honors level biology course. Total of 15 questions.

Simple chart to organize key terms/descriptors related to macromolecules. There is a printable version (students use the terms on one side of the paper to fill in the organizer on the other side). There is also an online version that allows to drag and drop the information. Document is editable.
