Younger students can use this word problem work mat to help solve word problems by using various strategies. Strategies included are number line, drawing a picture, ten frames, and basic equations. Great to laminate and give to each student to use when needed.

Task cards practice addition and subtraction up to 20 using base ten blocks. Students use the blocks to follow the directions on each card and can record answers in a math journal.
