2 Resume Templates 1 Cover Letter Template 1 Tip Sheet **Disclaimer-- There are lots of great ways to create resumes and cover letters. My way is definitely not the only right way, this is just what has worked for me throughout my child life career!
After each child life internship interview I did, I recorded my initial thoughts, questions they asked/ones I struggled with, and the next steps in my journal. I made this document to make it easier for students to reflect on their interviews and keep track of each internship site. This can be used by students at any stage (volunteering, practicum, CLA, internship, job).
This is a resource that I created for myself when I was completing my internship. This form can help you process each day you are at internship. It is also helpful to look back at these forms when you are interviewing for jobs. You can use the form daily (like I did) or you can fill it out weekly. Hope you find it helpful!
An All About Me Sheet kids can fill out when they are in the emergency department or on an inpatient floor. I also like using this as an assessment tool too.
